超低消耗(88nA) 電壓檢測器
XC6136系列是一種超低消耗、高精度的電壓檢測器。通過採用CMOS工藝、高精度基準電源、激光微調技術,實現了高精度、超低靜態消耗電流。
輸出形式有CMOS輸出和N溝道開漏輸出兩種類型,檢測時,可通過高電平輸出和低電平輸出進行選擇。
PKG除超小型的USPQ-4B05之外,我們還準備了SSOT-24和SOT-25三種類型,可通過便攜設備實現小型化,進行高密度安裝。作為保護功能,為了防止IC誤動作,搭載了(電源)輸入欠壓鎖閉功能。
