外部电容调整式看门狗超时电压检测器

XC6131系列产品是附带看门狗功能的电压检测器。只用1个外接电容即可为看门狗超时,解除延迟时间设定任意的数值。用于监控微处理器当电源电压达到检测电压时,在看门狗超时范围内看门狗端子未输入L→H的脉冲时,RESETB端子会输出低电平信号。

XC6131系列产品中附带了看门狗ON/OFF功能,将EN端子转为L电平时,可只把看门狗功能转为OFF, 但监控电源电压的电压检测功能仍旧工作.

MRB端子和EN端子在内部上拉达到V_IN,不使用时可为开路状态。
