HiSAT-COT®控制500mA线圈一体降压DC/DC转换器“micro DC/DC”

XCL241系列是线圈和控制IC一体型的超小型(2.5mm x 2.0mm，h=1.04mm)降压DC/DC转换器。
通过集成控制IC和线圈实现小型化，只需添加两个外部电容器就可以配置节省空间的电源电路。简化了电路板布局，最大限度地减少了因元件放置和布线引起的故障和噪声。输出电压可在0.8V至3.6V范围内以0.05V间隔进行内部设置。
HiSAT-COT控制的高速瞬态响应技术可以在负载波动期间将输出电压降至最低，非常适合FPGA和需要输出电压稳定性的设备等瞬时负载波动较大的应用。
