200mA低消耗電流LDO電壓穩壓器
XC6218系列是採用CMOS工藝,低消耗電流(1.0μA(TYP))的超小型正電壓穩壓器芯片。該芯片在負載100mA的情況下輸入輸出電壓差只有200mV,實現了低導通阻抗。封裝採用超小型的USP-3和SSOT-24,是需求高密度的設備如手機等最適宜的產品。
輸出電壓通過使用內部激光微調,可以實現0.9V~4.0V間0.1V間隔的輸出。使用低ESR的陶瓷電容,便可得到穩定的輸出。
電流限制採用Foldback電路,可為輸出提供限流短路保護。
