超低電流消耗穩壓器(附帶待機功能)
XC6506 系列是 CMOS 工藝穩壓器 IC,可實現 0.8 μA 的超低電流消耗。 該IC由參考電壓源、誤差放大器、驅動晶體管、電流折返電路、相位補償電路等組成。
輸出電壓在內部設定為固定數值,可在 1.2V 至 5.0V 範圍內設置。
輸出穩定電容器 (CL) 與陶瓷電容器等低 ESR 電容器兼容。電流折返電路作為輸出端子提供短路保護。
CE 功能關閉穩壓器的輸出並將其置於待機模式。顯著降低待機模式下的電流消耗
