600mA 同步整流降壓DC/DC轉換器+500mA LDO+內置延遲電路VD
XCM524系列產品是把內裝驅動晶體管的600mA同步整流降壓DC/DC轉換器,與由具有超高速/大電流多功能的VR和VD組合成的VDR,而形成的1PKG化多功能IC。
由於採用了超小型表面實裝封裝(USP-12B01)實現了節省空間的目的。此外,在PKG內部將DC/DC轉換器和VDR部分完全分離,由此將DC/DC轉換器產生的噪聲對VDR的影響抑制在最小限度。
DC/DC轉換器部分是與陶瓷電容相對應, 內裝0.42ΩPchMOS驅動晶體管及0.52ΩNchMOS開關晶體管的同步整流式。作為外裝零部件只使用線圈和電容即可得到輸出電流高達600mA的高效率且穩定工作的電源。
VDR的VR部分是實現了高精度, 低噪聲, 高紋波除去率, 低壓差的CMOS工藝正電壓LDO調整器IC。作為穩定輸出用的電容(CL)能與陶瓷電容等低ESR的電容相對應。此外,具有良好的瞬態響應,即使在負載發生變動時也能得到穩定的輸出。固定電流限定電路和反饋電路,能起到限定輸出電流和保護輸出端子短路的作用。
VD部分的電容延遲功能還能延遲輸出。可使用電容來調整延遲時間。 VD部分可用來監測VR的輸入電壓。
