1A 輸出電流Push Button智能負載開關

XC6194系列是能大幅度降低出廠後待機時及電源OFF時消耗的電力、並且在系統死機時能關閉電源的智能負載開關。有利於機器節電、延長工作時間。使用該系列產品使內置高端開關為ON狀態 (XC6194A型還能放到OFF)，從MCU等向SHDN端子輸入”L”信號可使其OFF。

通過從搭載在機器上的Push Button向SW端子輸入”L”信號，使高端開關成為Turn-On狀態並保持。如需Turn-Off，可從MCU等向SHDN端子輸入”H”電平的1個脈衝。以此容易地實現了電池驅動機器主電源的主SW(*1)。因此停機時的漏電流可以抑製到1nA(TYP.)，不僅適用於主電源SW等用途，對於抑制機器出廠後長期保管時的電池放電也很有功效。 A型可以通過持續按動Push Button在緊急時強制OFF。因此，還能在機器死機時成為 OFF。 B型只能由SHDN端子成為OFF。

XC6194系列內置了Power Good功能（PG引腳），使用於妥當地調整DC/DC電壓調整器或其他後續系統成為ON的時機。除此功能之外，還備有輸出電容突入電流防止功能、短路保護，實現了智能負載SW。

(*1) 請在完成安全停機準備之後，從MCU等向SHDN端子輸入信號然後使其OFF。
