線圈一體型升壓DC/DC轉換器(micro DC/DC)
XCL103系列是一種線圈與控制IC一體化的超小型(2.5mm×2.0mm、h=1.0mm)的升壓微型DC/DC轉換器。通過在電路中採用同步整流方式,無需二極管,外部零件只需兩個陶瓷電容,就能組成高效的升壓電源電路。電路因外部零件減少而被簡化,可將因基板設計導致的噪音和工作故障控制在最小限度。
輸入電壓範圍為0.65V~6.0V,輸出電壓範圍為2.2V~5.5V(精度±2.0%),可以0.1V步進進行設置。控制方式準備了PWM固定控制和PWM/PFM轉換(自動切換工作模式)控制類型。 XCL103系列通過PWM/PFM轉換(自動切換工作模式)控制,將在小負載(輕載)至大負載(重載)整個領域實現高效。
此外,XCL103D類型通過CL放電功能,將在待機模式時快速降低輸出電壓,並防止輸出設備的誤動作。 XCL103E類型通過旁路開關功能,將導通輸入和輸出,可驅動RTC等。
