Expanded Lineup of N-channel MOSFET for General Purpose XP22x Series (20 Withstand Voltage)

Torex Semiconductor Ltd. (Tokyo Japan: President, Koji Shibamiya, 6616: 1st section at Tokyo Stock Exchange) has launched four new products of XP22x Series (20 Withstand Voltage) for MOSEFET.

The products which released this time are general-purpose N-channel MOSFET with low on resistance and high speed switching. It can be used for various applications such as relay circuits and switching circuits. The gate protection diode is built-in as a static protection.

Furthermore, six series are in compact SOT-323-3A (2.1 x 1.25 x h0.95mm)、SOT-23(TO-236)（2.4 x 2.9 x h1.15mm）package with contributing space saving.
