0.5V低輸入電壓 1A 高速電壓穩壓器（附帶外部調整限定電流值的功能）

XC6604系列產品能從0.5V的輸入電壓開始工作。此外，因為是超低導通電阻，最適用於需要在低電壓同時高效率地輸出大電流的應用。輸出電壓為±15mV/±20mV且精度高，內部由N溝道驅動晶體管,基準電壓源,誤差放大器,過電流保護電路（反饋）,過熱保護電路(TSD),欠壓鎖閉電路(輸入欠壓鎖閉),軟啟動電路,相位補償電路等構成。

輸出電壓由內部激光微調固定，能在0.5V～1.8V的範圍內以0.1V的間隔選擇產品。輸出濾波電容(CL)還能對應陶瓷等低ESR電容。

反饋電路當輸出電流達到限定電流時，在與輸出電壓下降的同時，開始減少輸出電流的動作。通過調整引腳ILIM連接電阻能任意地設定限定電流值。

通過CE引腳使IC成待機狀態能大幅度降低消耗電流。此外，由內部開關能使CL中的充電電荷高速放電，迅速地返回VSS電平。並且，在IC內部CE引腳內置下拉電阻，在CE未連接電平時，使IC成待機狀態。
