外部電容調整式 看門狗超時 電壓檢測器

XC6130系列產品是附帶看門狗功能的電壓檢測器。只用1個外接電容即可為看門狗超時,解除延遲時間設定任意的數值。用於監控微處理器當電源電壓達到檢測電壓時,在看門狗超時範圍內看門狗端子未輸入L→H的脈衝時,RESETB端子會輸出低電平信號。此外,XC6130系列產品還附帶手動復位功能,在任意時機把手動復位端子轉為Low電平時,RESETB端子會輸出L電平信號。
