■Unstable operation prevention function

With the voltage detector from which sense terminal is not separated, the internal circuit of IC cannot operate normally if the input voltage falls below the operating voltage. For this reason, the output signal becomes unstable and a detection signal cannot be kept.
The function that takes measures as a circuit preventing the output signal from becoming unstable even at the lowest voltage possible even if the input voltage falls below the operating voltage is the unstable operation prevention function. The unstable operation prevention function is mounted on CMOS output product only.
With a product equipped with unstable operation prevention function, the output signal does not become unstable even if the even if the voltage becomes low. The product is designed to prevent output voltage from rising. This function is useful for devices that operate on low voltage like a single battery.
